Hey ladies, my g/f just finished her var cycle and last year did a few Winstrol (winny) cycles. She did very well, packed on some good/solid weight. Now, she's about to undergo her usual pre-spring cutting cycle of clen and T3. She's been thinking of adding a few things to her diet though and this is were she needs some advise.
Along with her regular dose of eggs, chicken, tuna, salmon fillets, protein shakes, green veggies etc, she's planning on adding those packaged shrimp rings -no sauce of course- and scallops. I know that half a ring of shrimp contains around 23gr. of protein and about 1/2 of a cup of scallops contain 18g of protein. She will eat more scallops to attain her 22g of desired protein per 6 meals. What do you guys think? Yay or nay? What about canned red kidney beans? We all know they're packed with protein, I eat those things like candy, but for her a cutting cycle, will that be alright to add to her diet? What about chick peas? I think they're incredible, also packed with a punch of protein but don't they also contain slow burning complex carbs? Also, what about whole wheat wraps or fat free yogurt?
Mind you, my g/f doesn't compete, at least not for now, she's just "toying" around with diets, foods etc, to see how her body best reacts to what. Like always, thanks for all your help and knowledge, it's very much appreciated. Oh, and sorry for all the questions
