First off I'm new but have lurked for awhile. I'll try to keep this as brief and to the point. Im 40 and was diagnosed with low T about 7 months ago, my doc put me on test cyp at 150mg/e2weeks. Was working great my long gone libido came back along with morning wood, life was awesome. Go back 7 weeks and after listening to a friend I decided to up my T to 600mg/week and add deca at 200mg/week. Everything was fine until week 4 of this, and now I have not much libido and severe ED. I was also using liquidex at about .5mg/week. Anyway upon advice from another forum i went and had a full female hormone panel run and am not quite sure what to do about the results. Let me also add i quit using deca 3 weeks ago and am continuing on Test at 300mg/week now. My testosterone serum was 1740 scale (348-1197) and estradiol was 64.7 scale (7.6-42.6). I can add whatever other info is needed but hopefully someone can shed some light on my issue and what I can take to help it. Thanks in advance.

I am sure others will bring more pertinent replies but from what I know, it takes the deca around four weeks to build up in your system and start to show real effects - one of which is an ED issue.

600mg per week T is a cycle and not testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) so after 7-8 weeks you might need to run post cycle therapy (pct). With the increase in T - if you did not increase your Aromatase inhibitor (AI) then that is what led to the high estrogen which will also lead to ED issues.

Thanks for the reply. I know once I started on the higher rate and deca it was no longer testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). I guess I assumed wrongly that since I would be on Test the rest of my life I would not need any post cycle therapy (pct). What should I be taking?

You don't need to post cycle therapy (pct) if you're going to be on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). Depending on what you run, you might want ancillaries to help with sides, but you don't need to do anything to restart natural test production (Obviously)
