I just begin with the 5x5 workout, so I train on monday,wednesday and fryday. I was wondering if I have to eat the same amount of food on sunday as every other day? Because after the muscle groups I train on monday and wednesday I only have 1 rest day but after the workout on fryday I have 2 restday's.
Or should I take only 1 restday after the fryday workout and then begin again on sunday with the next workout?
