A rookie seeking for advice

hey guys im looking for a little advice from the vets here. this is going to be my first cycle i've been reading the forum for about 3 month. these are my stats:

age:30
ht:5'10
wt:197

this will be what planning:

week 1 - 10 test e @ 400
week 12- clomid @ 50 mg
week 13- nolva @ 40mg
week 14- nolva@ 20mg

i want to know from the vets here does this sounds right any comments are welcome

I would bump the test dosage up to atleast 500mg/wk and run it for 12 weeks. Start PCT 14 days after last inject:

Clomid @ 50mg/ed for 4 weeks
Nolva @ 40mg/ed for 2 weeks then drop it to 20mg/ed for the last 2 weeks

You may also want to pick up some exemestane(armoasin) and run it during entire cycle and PCT at 12.5mg/ed. Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) is also good to run during cycle to keep the nuts large and in charge, and it makes the recovery alot easier. If you get Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), run it at 500 IU/wk pinned 2x's per week(250 IU per pin).

ok ill run it @ 500 a wk but the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) im not familiar with i know you have to mix it with bac. water and if is 5,000 iu / amp and you put 10 ml of bac water you ill get 500 ius get when it comes to an injection that means i need .5 from the sirenge and injected around the stomach............i want to know if is right?
