Food equals both energy to produce work and to provide the necessary nutrients for muscle repair and growth.
Factor in reasonable AAS and never forget sleep s importance as well as a day or 3...off to allow over all repair, carb loading, glycogen stores resored ..etc... I see kids or newbs placing waaay to much reliance on gear and doing 21 sets bi cep s 3 time s a week and then ask me why they are not growing ?
Sadly I m a bit of a dick nowadays s...no more time for it..." Ur doing everything possible wrong. Overtraining under eating over pinning under resting does not lead to any chance of real muscle being built.
Only u know what works...and AAS allow for much greater growth if the other facets are addressed properly.
