AAS and recovery, how much work can you deal with?

Wondering how much more work your body can handle if you are on a cycle. Talking about training ofc, both frequency, volume and intensity.
Is it dose or compound related either?
Do you know any studies about this topic or what is your experience on it?

People are different so there really isn't one answer that fits all. Suffice it to say aas helps one recover at a much faster rate than without. And IMO there comes a dose where the side effects outweigh the benefits

Food equals both energy to produce work and to provide the necessary nutrients for muscle repair and growth.

Factor in reasonable AAS and never forget sleep s importance as well as a day or 3...off to allow over all repair, carb loading, glycogen stores resored ..etc... I see kids or newbs placing waaay to much reliance on gear and doing 21 sets bi cep s 3 time s a week and then ask me why they are not growing ?

Sadly I m a bit of a dick nowadays s...no more time for it..." Ur doing everything possible wrong. Overtraining under eating over pinning under resting does not lead to any chance of real muscle being built.

Only u know what works...and AAS allow for much greater growth if the other facets are addressed properly.
