AAS virgin

Hello ladies. I have been reading many of these threads and trying to educate myself as much as possible on begining aas. I am stumped when it comes to what to use first.
Some background for you...I am 34 and medially retired from the US Army. I was injured in Iraq and I am till trying to gain my muscle mass back in my left leg and back. Some of the other medications I am taking make it very hard for me to lose weight.
I need some advice please help.

First post your current diet and training protocol. We can then tweak that and see if you are ready for AAS. Also post how long you have been consistent with your diet and training.
 
Welcome to the board Tori! Glad to hear you made it back state side. Stick around here and dont be afraid to ask questions, you'll learn a lot. What were your injuries? Are you working out currently? What are your stats? and goals? Talk to us girl!

have you trained hard for a full year?
Once we know your goals we can point you in the right direction on what compounds would suit you best.
