Hi guys I’m after 6pack for the next 2 month! So i need your help. :wiggle:

I’m still going to gym buy i hardly push my Abs! But i started a week ago after reading the Abs diet "Get Fit stayFit Plan" by David Zinczenko

I bought a UK brand "Maximuscle Progain" protin shake to keep my shape and size and lots of Oats!
that’s all I’m trying to eat for the next two month ... I’m feeling O.K at the moment.

Of course I still drink lots of milk, and I’m still eating salads.

But …

Do you think that’s healthy?

What other food should I add to my diet?

I was thinking, egg + banana? But I’m scared!

steaks are full of protein same as chicken aslong as u keep the carb intake low and throw in some cardio u'll start to lose that fat

thanks fullypaully.... but if you over run cardio it will eat lots of protins you got, [protine = muscles]. ???

well thats why you have a high protein diet, i forget how much but its in the sticky cut thread it tells you how muhc protein u should consume for your size...and u dont have to over do your cardio you can do it just once a day for about 30min, works better in the mourning on empty stomach and u'll start to lose fat but you gotta make sure your diet is good. if your diet is shit then you wont get anywhere..

trust this advice bro...you'lll do yourself more harm than good by not eating enough meat. I went the route you're going when I first started and I lost a lot of muscle in the process. By the time I was donr dieting, yes I lost a shitload of weight but I looked emaciated. Don't be afraid of meat, as a trainee, it's your best friend. Watch those carbs!!!!!
