ACNE B5 Dosage other recommendations

I have read several studies showing B5 helping with acne anyone have experience with this. What dosage did you take? Also heard that salt water and salt scrubs are good alternatives. Not bad enough for any accutane just white heads small pimples on shoulders and arms.

Start with a couple grams a day, I've been as high as 12 a day and the pills were huge (tons of binder for some reason).
