Adjusting Cals for cutting.

When you change up your diet for cutting do you calculate your calse from your complete body weight eg... 200lbsX10= 2,000 aprox or do you go by lean body mass eg... 200lb with 10%bf= 180lb lean body mass= 1,800cals .
 
What I would do is manipulate your fat and carb intake.

Leave you diet as it is now and slowly decrease your carbs and fats as you see fit.

There really isn't a magical equation Popi.
 
Exactly as Easto said, It is silly to be too scientific everyone is different. I simply cut out the dairy products, eat more vegetables, fewer carbs and cut the sheer amount of food consumed. Otherwise my diet stays the same-same foods for the most part just less of it.
