Adrenal Issues - Labs - DHEA Supplementation?

I have felt like I've been stuck in fight or flight mode for a few months so I wanted to share some recent bloodwork with the group.

Note that this is the fiorst time I had these levels tested so there is no baseline.

B12: 1538 (250 - 110/PG/ML) (I supplement)
Zinc: <50 (66 - 110 UG/DL)
DHEA Sulfate: 105 (82 - 455 /DL)

I've read some scary stuff about DHEA supplementation.

My current protocol is 100 - 120 ML Test Cyp E7D. No Aromatase inhibitor (AI). Levels run about 1100 - 550.

I eat clean and lift heavy 2 days a week and run 10 - 20 miles per week. I cut the running down from 330 miles per week a few months ago as these adrenal issues surfaced.

Any help with supplementation is appreciated.

Well what symptoms are you experiencing? By fight or flight do you mean you're experiencing anxiety like issues?

Your test levels seem great and without an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) I assume your estrogen is in range.

Anyways some of the top testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) docs now start men with 50mg micro slow digesting DHEA and Pregnenolone to back load these hormones as testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) can suppress the natural rhythm, so you have nothing to fear. You'll probably experience an initial rush with DHEA as it is a stimulant but the effect should fade.

Also are you supplementing with zinc? Should be on 50mgs a day with 2mg copper to be safe.

Being deficient in either DHEA or Zinc can cause you to feel like sluggish.
