Advice and help needed for my first cycle

Hi all,

I am new to the forum, been reading a lot however still need clarification from experienced users....

I'm 28 years of age, only 63kg and 1.78m...few months back I was 57kg....I've tried prohormones in past, such as 19-nor and 1-T, but didn't notice much back then when I was 21.

I find it hard to put weight on, when I do bump up the calories i do tend to lose my slight six pack.

So I think it's time to venture into the field of anabolics to help me get to 70kg where I'd look and feel good about myself.

I don't know any suppliers however seen a few websites that have good reviews (if anyone know trusted ones please pm me, or any local west yorkshire (uk) suppliers)

I will start a cycle start of April. I have a nice set of hair which I do not want to lose, girls love my hair lol... so I narrowed it down to primobolan and equipose...however legit primo is hard to get hold of as I hear it is faked al lot. So equipose sounds ideal which results in minimal hair loss plus is economical to run too.

I really would not want to use finasteride etc with testosterone cause I wouldnt want permanent shutdown of DHT (which I read can occur)...I find some DHT keeps my skin looking young and healthy.

So what dosage of equipose should someone of my size run? for how many weeks? and stacked with hcg perhaps to keep libido up? If so what dosages

As for PCT, would nolva or clomid or both be required....

Can you guys please give me a good detailed plan to follow please....

So you are 5'8" 139 lbs and have gained 14lbs naturally in 2 months? If you gained that much in 2 months naturally why even consider running gear? Ride out those natural gains as long as you can! At 5'8" 139lbs you have a long way to go before you reach your natural potential. Your goal of 154lbs (70kg) is easily attainable naturally.
 
first how do you know the effects test will have on your hair? if your hair is so great why the concern, are you already balding ?

do you know about mizoral ? it is an over the counter shampoo that kills DHT in the scalp, use it every third day, problem solved

Firstly I am not balding, but I do use alpecin which contains caffeine to block the DHT, I suppose I will get nizoral too...

Secondly I am 5'10 and 139lb, I did gain 14lb but over 6months, and I have been training for 8 years and I feel I need a push cause whenever I use DAA (2g daily) and 25mg DHEA sublingual (daily) for a month I can lift 10-30% more in all exercises. Which then slowly goes away during my 2 weeks break.

Makes me sure I am deficient in testosterone levels naturally, thus I feel equipose with hcg and PCT would be ideal to see some lean quality gains.

Would just like to know what a good cycle would be with equipoise only.

If you think you have low T, why not get it looked at first? EQ by itself is not doing yourself any favors as you'll be suppressing any natural test which is needed to maintain those gains made by the steroid. I'd go see a doc and get a hormone panel done, then see what your choices are.

First off, I find it VERY hard to believe u have been training 8yrs And u are 5'10 139pds. Sorry bud. Secondly EQ only cycles are not recommend like half wit says it will shut u down. U need test As a base. Thirdly, your not ready for AAS. You need to eat. Not bashing u just giving u my opinion. Good luck bro

It's ok guys I'm glad to take any constructive criticism.

As for eating, I tried eating lots but I would only end up with skinny legs and arms and chest with big belly, so not a nice look.

And yeah I've been training for 8 years but I don't do any bench pressing, deadlifts or squats. Thus I have a more kind of Bruce Lee body, however it cant be seen unless i go swimming.

So ok, equipoise maybe not now, how about this for me???

Weeks 1-10: Sustanon 250 (0.5ml twice a week)
Weeks 11-13: hcg (250 iu twice a week)
weeks 14-16: clomid 25mg every day.
weeks 17-18: nothing

weeks 19-22: my trusted 25mg sublingual dhea daily, 2g DAA daily and 200mg moomiyo daily

then....depending on results etc another cycle

weeks 1-20: 0.25ml sustanon 250 (twice a week)
weeks 1-20: 300mg equipoise per week
Weeks 21-23: hcg (250 iu twice a week)
weeks 24-26: clomid 25mg every day.

I am currently 215, roughly 12-14% BF and been lifting on and off for years. I am ready to finally use gear but have heard so many different things about first cycles. Can anyone lay out a great first cycle that I can expect to see big gains. My thoughts were Sus, Deca and Dbol but I am down for suggestions and proper dosages. Also Deca is currently unavailable and I am planning on ordering in a couple weeks. I appreciate any help you can give me.

First off you should make your own thread and not post for help in someone else's thread. Secondly test only is always recommended for first cycles. Just read stickies and use the search button that's what I have been doing lol
 
To the op, you know how ridiculous your posts sound? Basically to sum it up, you train like an old woman and don't eat anything, but you want to start taking the wrong gear which you've researched to gain muscle? I gotta call bullshit on this one... No benches, Squats, or deadlifts? Your not going to get huge doing pilates and yoga... Especially not eating... You've been training for 8 years and with basically no results. Surely that would tell you that your doing something wrong... Then, to say your going to do an eq only cycle cuz of your hair? You need to get your priorities straight. Your really questioning the integrity of this board and the members on it. You need tons more education on the basics before you even think your ready for gear!

Fair point but I don't wanna be big, I seen many guys in gym after doing years and years of heavy deadlifts, squats and benching..all their joints have gone. Sad to see.
Whereas this one person I know he keeps it simple, mild anabolic use and he is 60 but looks 30...

Sure some have nice form in these exercises but I want to keep my health and joints thank you very much, thus a simple steroid cycle, herbs and good intense workout is what I aim for,
after all me with a Bruce Lee physique and martial arts can neutralise and self defend myself agaisnt any dumbass big bodybuilder...and have done it many times when required :)

So my priorities are different to yours but that does not mean I am underserving somehow of some anabolic use.
 
you could hit that goal easy if you get your diet
in check. you don't need AAS at your weight.
