I have just started training after a long, very long off period.
As hard as i try, I just can't do side raises with a weight worth lifting, I can only do this with a easy weight that I could do all day?
I just dont understand it, I'm there trying, talking to my delt and the bitch wont go, they are my weakest muscle group.
can u suggest something else to start them off?
