Advice from experienced vets on first timer cycle

Greetings,

I've been working out on and off for 10 years, dozens of trainers, overall
quite disappointed with the results. Still consider myself a novice in this, so
I'd appreciate unbiased and practical advice on my consideration of using AAS.

Some current stats :

31y/o
6'3, 205lb, max flat bench 20@175, max squat 20@200
Bit of a ponch, fairly strong core. 20% body fat by five-point
caliper technique. Again, a lot of this is sitting in my stomach.
Eating is excellent. 3-5 meals per day, lean ground/rice/veggies
pre-prepped, one cheat day, home-made jerky, protein shakes
etc to fill in.

My current regimen :

20 minute hit on a stationary bike (recovering from
an ACL tear) 4-6 times per week
Weights with dumb-bells only on my home bench,
chest/back/core/bi/tri/etc 3-4 days per week.

I've been researching AAS for a while, and my current
consideration is doing a very light cycle of Anavar (var) only, for
these reasons :

- I'd like to lose my ponch, to see some of the work
show a bit better. Some research points to the notion
that it helps cut the chub.
- Not afraid to inject, but I don't really trust sources
- Anavar (var) could potentially test the waters for future cycles
(pun intended)
- I sweat, I press, I eat, and I feel plateaued and uninspired
to do more. Im really just looking for a small "push", given
my age. Leaning up for the beach by next summer would be
great.
- Hopeful that Anavar (var) will help me regain muscle in my legs
post-ACL.
- I've been through dozens of trainers. I've upped my game.
results have been there, but very minimal. I've hit my limit.

Anyway, I know a lot of vets will probably discourage this, but
I am open to any advice, and I would really appreciate it. I want
to up my game big time. Alternative cycle suggestions? Anything.
The plateau sucks.

20% bf? I would say first lose the fat. and for that steroids are not neccesary. its all about calories in vs out. your diet looks pretty good but even though you're eating "clean"
foods, does not mean you will not gain fat if you over eat. just add cardio to your routine: I would suggest 30-60minutes every DAY and cut down on the calories.
for me I found that cutting my carbs really does the trick! So for example I would substitute the rice/potatoes/ with veggies.
Basically losing fat is much easier than building muscle, and I cannot believe that trainers did not pass that on to you.
If you are still insisting for that "boost", Test is Best and will do the job, just be at a caloric defecit.

Bundy is right, you should lose your gut first before AAS. DNP is where it's at, 14 days on that and you're down close to 20lbs of fat.

If you do choose to go the AAS rout here is a nice beginner cycle that would benefit you most.

weeks 1-12 Test E 500mg per week

weeks 5-12 50mg per day of anavar.

and lift your ass off! the test will help the cortisol and increase muscle which will then cause you to burn more fat. Anavar (var) at athe end will really help with fat loss. just some suggestions.
 
Cycling is not the best idea for you right do to the BF% that you have carrying around in the mid section right now. However, it does seem that you are serious about doing something. Why not cycle something like Clen to give you that extra edge that your looking for. There should be no problem for you cutting the weight with proper exercise and diet. In a couple months you could lose the weight needed and then do a TEST only cycle if after research its something that your thinking.

Honestly, IMO gear is only for those who are serious about being dedicated for years and years. So, depending on your goals that should steer you the right way.

Thanks much for the cycle suggestion, just one remark.

Is it advised to shed the fat first because more fat -> higher estrogen rebound post cycle?
(assuming of course that I don't have proportionally as much muscle to support burning
all the extra chub?)

I think I might follow your suggestion trying to cut down naturally with Clen/T3/DNP
before trying AAS.
 
Those of you advising DNP need to be careful. That stuff will kill you quick and he obviously has not researched anywhere near enough. Stay away from the DNP bro
