Advice Needed Pls

Hey Guys!
After being outta shape when I was younger , I started cycling.
Anyway now I'm 19 , Around 150lbs with roughly 15-17BF%
I have a got a good diet in place now.
Chicken, Potatoes, Oatmeal, Rice ETC
And going to get a good workout in place but what I need to know is :
Do I bulk?
Thinking Critical Mass 2700 + good workout
OR
Cut
just Workout hard + Reflex Whey Protein.

6ft Exactly pal.
Breakfast - Oatmeal, Bitta Fruit
Dinner - Chicken , Baked Potato
Tea - Red Meat or Chicken , Baked Potato
Or Pasta and Baked potato
Now I know I need to eat alot! more to incorporate more calories, then add in a weight gainer (CM 2700) maybe?! in to the equation.

I see basically 3 meals. If you can add a snack in between each meal and maybe 2 WHEY protein shakes daily, one in the AM and 1 in the PM.
Gainer shakes just have alot of carbs and you can easily get fat off of them. Carbs are the easy part when it comes to eating daily.

4 days on 3 days off working hard!
Then give it a year or so then onto AAS
 
You need some protein in that first meal. Egg whites is always a good way to start the day. You need 6 meals. Eating every 3 hours
