first of all, welcome to the board!!
Secondly in your user CP, you can change your icon to female :)

Anavar is a great Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) for strength and lean body mass, but is it is not something to usually bulk up with...
However, one of the biggest mistakes woman and men make when using Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) is their diets!
Did you eat to gain or eat to maintain/lose? Diet plays a crucial role in muscle and fat management!
You can see more results in gaining from anavar if you are eating to gain, ya know what i mean...

so hit me back with a diet, some stats etc.. and we'll see...

I'm on clen right now but I'm thinking about taking anavar to help cut. However, it seems from that statement that it might be better used if I were trying to put on muscle and stay lean. Is it better to stick with clen? I'm obviously not eating to gain either...I don't need to gain anymore than I already have right now...

Thanks in advance!! :bowdown:

ok... the biggest misconception with Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) is the fact that they on their own burn fat... Anavar like the rest are androgens... some have higher anabolic ratios than others... so you always have to keep in mind that steroids will build muscle... this can be manipulated and tweeked by diet, cardio and stacks...
So if you are on anavar and eating as if you were trying to bulk; 2500 + calories, you will build muscle, get stronger and harder... Granted anavar is not a "bulking" steroid, it is used more for hardness etc... but if you eat like shit, you are gonna gain.. AND you will hold water from the poor diet.. Ya dig??

When you use clen and anvar and a strick diet, you will get lean and hard!! You will be muscular as well... you can not use a steroid and not gain muscle! Clen and anavar with a strict diet will NOT bulk you up!!! It is really hard to bulk on clen period... anavar will aid even better in maintaining your current muscle while you lean out as well as getting you stronger... it seems to almost negate the negatives of clen... It is a great stack IMO..
the KEY is DIET!!! Diet changes everything!!! so it is not all the gear, but rather how you diet when you use certain gear!

Anavar will NOT get you cut if you do not use the proper diet! i can not stress that or say it enough times!!!

does that better clarify my statement?? :)

first of all.. i am in the US and use everything by pounds, so kgs just throw me off lol.. yea i am having a blonde moment :)

from your rep range, you wonn't build muscle at all... you'll maintain and tighten...
you want bigger arms, train for bigger arms... low reps and high weight!
that is the first mistake i see...
Too much cardio or overtraining could also slow your muscle gains...

your diet, well, it is not a diet to get you lean and that is not your goal.. if you want to bulk a bit that sort of diet would work... IMO i would rather see a cleaner diet to bulk, but it really depends on your goals... if you are not competing, do you care about water retention? are you concerned with your bodyfat?

I would replace the simple carbs with complex carbs as a first step and start eating your bodyweight in protein! I see alot of simple carbs in there and dairy which are NOT ideal for a diet...

Here are the conversions

10 Stones 5lbs = 145lbs -roughly-
100Kg = 220 lbs -1lb=.454grs. so devide 100kgs by .454grs-
55kg= 55lbs

Hope this helps :)
