I am 253lbs. I bench over 500, but I need to loose weight. Whay should I do to loose 40 lbs in 7 months. I am naturally built and I do cardio 3 miles but I don't loose more than 5 lbs. Tried Tthree and cln and lost 20 lbs. Any suggestion.
It's simply a numbers game. If you eat less calories than you body needs, you WILL drop weight. I don't do any cardio and drop weight when needed just by cutting excess carbohydrate calories.
