advice on my stack

ok so im think i take clen t3 and halo for 2 weeks then stop clen, taper the t3 down for a week wile adding in the dmz and doing a regular month of that then ultra male rx and nolvadex for post cycle therapy (pct) my diet will be
sunday,monday,friday no carbs
tuesday, saturday high carb
wednesday thursday, low carbs
this will be the 3 weeks till im done with the t3 then once the dmz is added it'll be mostly high/low carb days but still extremely clean

also for cardio i like to do walking on treadmill wile its on high incline seems to do a good job and i dont have to kill myslef

inititally i don't like it because IMO you don't need to stack DMZ and halo. just my .02.

IMO scrap the DMZ. run halo 75mg ED 6 weeks (up to 100 if you can handle it).

T3 run 50-80mcg ED for 4 weeks. The two weeks after your done and still on halo will give you time for your thyroid to adjust while making an anabolic state so you don't gain back much fat. tapering T3 isn't much of an issue because there are little sides (at least for me).

clen you can use on and off as needed. it will help with the lethargy in the later weeks of the cycle. you need to taper up the clen. it can send heart rate through the roof.


just my thoughts but what you have laid out doesn't have enough time to build up any effect. hormones take time to build up and see effects. 4 weeks on halo is barely any. 3 weeks on DMZ may be okay but i'd say 4 or 5.
