Advice on supplements

Hey all, I"m looking for exactly what supplements to be picking up from TrueProtein for this next order of mine -- I would still consider myself a rookie that's been lifting for 2 years off and on, however been very serious the past 2 months and would like to keep it going.

I am 5'11 172lbs, age 23 -- have plenty of bulking to do

Currently I have TP's Team-Skip formula, which i have every morning w/ 12oz Milk -- granted it makes me feel slightly gassy i can handle it.
As well as 2-3 scoops Whey Isolate Ion-Exch PWO (also w/ 12oz milk)

Diet has been in check, and very well for the past month. Keeping my eyes peeled for anything that can "help" move me along easier and cleaner.

From the forums i've seen Creatine Monohydrate from TP?
as well, is it recommended to take a Dextrose supplement with the PWO shake/meal as well?

Thanks a bunch

Anabolic Pump and 2:1:1 Recovery

Checkout anabolic pump from usp labs, add some extra glutamine to ON's 2:1:1 Recovery for post workout and keep pounding the food and protein and you should see some results.

Anabolic-Pump you say? -- Anyone from here that can vouch for this? (i've read nothing but mixed views on it)

I know Protein/Carbs is all you really need but, was told to look into Creatine for some more energy during the workouts and to get that PWO shake down asap.. Still learning though so, what i'm here for, anyone else's opinions they can share to help a rookie out?

just protein and carbs is not all you need. you NEED fat in your diet. not the greasy high saturated fat from a triple bacon cheeseburger; but through nuts, peanut butters, fish, flax oil, etc... a clean and healthy diet requires a steady balance of ALL elements.

i like creatine, as it does help with my pumps in the gym and also helps with my cardio. i also take a nitric oxide supp to help get me through my heavy days with the iron.

take a casien protein at night. youre young and have a lot of growing to do...while youre sleeping is the best time for that growth!

best of luck.

Guess I can shift my breakfast meal to night no problem. (Generally includes a TeamSkip Shake & Cottage Cheese

I'm watching the fats very well, just paying close attention to not go overboard

That reminds me I need to go grocery shopping.. again..

But yeah, As for the purchase, Creatine Monohydrate - 4lbs / Whey Protein Isolate Cold. Filt. - 10lbs (yes stocking up a bit) / Dextrose 10lbs / Glutamine Peptides, anything else / anything i should change?
