advice on training to failure

hi guys just a quick question..

lets say im hitting the chest with bench press...2 warm up sets and then 3 heavy sets...my question is should i only be going to failure on the very last set or is it best to go for failure on all 3 heavy sets? advice appreciated!
 
If doing 5 total sets (including 2 warm up), I would only go to failure on the last two...IMO Do you have a partner?? If so, take it a step further on the very last set and after you reach failure, to 2-3 more reps with minimal help from your partner. Doing this can really take things to the next level.
