advice please guys!

Hi Guys,

First post on here, been doing alot of research and Im just looking for some advice.

Do you think it is possible to do one cycle on AAS, deca for example, to take yourself to your genetic maximum and then sustain and possibly build on that that naturally afterward??

Im 5 foot 9 and just touching 180 pounds. 16 inch arms and 31 inch waist, just to give you an idea of my size.

Also, could doing a cycle of Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) increase your ability to take in protein and your increase your ability to build muscle after the cycle.

no and no. your natural testosterone can not keep up the levels that they are when on a cycle which is why you lose. Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) does help your uptake and protein synthesis while on but it falls off when you come off. If that is the route you want to take then i'd find my genetic maximum before I started then start AAS. And at 180 you are far from genetic maximum.

ive just heard quite a few guys saying stuff like "gained 10 lbs and lost none of it"
Just wondered if theres any substance in that or not
 
If you keep your calories up and training on point you can keep a lot of your gains but there is no way to keep it if you don't follow those simple things. Trust me I have done it both ways like i'm sure everybody else has. I have busted my ass for 10 wks. to make gains of 17-20 lbs. and get lazy afterwards to watch it go away. over the long haul you won't keep it unless you get fat and keep that. it won't be all muscle though.
