Hello!
I am looking for some advice. I feel a little overwhelmed with all the research I have done and don't know where to go next. I'm looking to lose wieght and tone up. I am 5'3 and 143lbs. I cardio for about an hour 5 to 6 times a week. I have been on doing the cardio for about 5 months now with no results. I also have a pretty low carb diet and all I drink is water. I came across this site bc my bf suggested some Anavar (var) and me being me I like to research everything. I really want to lose about 20lbs or look less puggy and look really toned. So any suggestions? Thanks for any input in advance!!!

the answer to your problem can be found altering your diet and cardio regimen....not steroids. steroids do not aid in fat loss, contrary to popular belief.

Post up your daily diet and training. Also how intense is the cardio you do?
If you aren't losing weight your diet is off.

I cardio for 50-60 minz 5 to 6 times a week. Avg Heart rate 139.

You say you are on a low carb diet, have you ever looked at the nutrition labels? What type of granola bar are you eating? Granola bars seem to be loaded with sugars/fats/carbs.

Your diet is crap. You need clean, unprocessed foods. Granola bars are crap. Get more veggies in your diet.....at least 5 servings per day. Get some essential fats like nut butters, fish oils, etc. ONLY eat clean carbs....oats, rice, potatoes, etc. NO sugar and granola bars have a shitload.

Start lifting weights.....don't worry you won't "get huge". You will gain some muscle and the more muscle you have the faster metabolism your is. Go to diet section and check out the clean foods list. Then compile your own diet accordingly.

Eating 5 times per day is a good start and your protein choices look good. Although don't be afraid to eat whole eggs.

I suggest for you....

5 meals with clean protein at each and clean carb choices at each. Veggies inbetween meals to keep metabolism going. Dairy and fruit in moderation as both have many sugars.

Essential fats at every second meal whether it be supplements of foods.

This is just a basic suggestion but you make these changes and you will see a difference within 6 weeks.

Once again....start doing weights at least 3 days a week and instead of doing steady state cardio for an hour do some HIIT sessions for 30-40 minutes. You'll save time and boost your metabolism.
