I've been working out since oct. and i have made some pretty significant gains on my own. I bought mass and amino acid pills to help out, but i think i have reached a plateau. I have no diet because everyone that i talk to gives me HORRIBLE info. I have eveb been told to eat as much as i want, of whatever I want for a full day and then fast for 24 hours then eat and then fast. To me that makes no sense. I am not working out to be in body competitions, but I do want to look nice for all of my lady friends so what advice do you all have for me for a diet to take the weight off and still put muscle on without completely starving myself or doing something radical.
