Hey guys I'm starting a cycle of Sustanon (sust) 250 and prop im planing on takin 1 ml of each every three days to much or to little? Also what do you think would be best to run with it to help keep those pesky estrogen levels down

Well the Sustanon (sust) seems right and most guys recommend using armasian sorry if i spelled it wrong at 12.5 mgfors a day. One guy that has been doing this for a while just uses nolvadex on cycle and pct

Nolvadex doesn't lower estrogen it just prevents man boobs. Most people recommend armasian hiw ever you spell it because it does keep estrogen levels down.
