Work Hard-Play Hard
Hey guys,

Im thinking about adding Var to my current cycle and Im on test e-500wk-8th week.

What can I expect from var ? my goal is to bring the bf down while keeping the muscles and strength. currently I'm somewhere around 18%.

and what are the side effects of the var that I should be expecting?

You can Google these answers. Your questions are very general. Everyone is going to tell you something different. In my opinion, Anavar is a great product when you're already at a low body fat percentage. At 18%, you're too high to notice anything significant from it. I imagine you're cutting at the moment? Keep running the testosterone and consider adding in Clenbuterol and T3. These will accelerate your fat loss. At the end of the day, it's diet that rules.

So Ive been on the fish diet only, and I look a lot more shredded ,stomach looks a lot flatter and abs are coming out and a lot more veins are coming out. But the problem is I'm losing a lot of strength , so I was thinking about adding var and maybe change diet by adding chicken and steak/beef. ..What do you think?

You need variety in your diet. I've never heard of the "fish diet" but it obviously means you're using fish as your sole source of protein. Incorporate all sorts of protein. You're losing strength because you're dieting and you're running a calorie deficit. This is very normal, unless you're using compounds like trenbolone which will allow you to maintain and sometimes gain strength while dieting. Don't worry about your strength. Focus on eating clean and getting plenty of healthy fats, carbohydrates, vegetables and protein in your system.

It might be an idea for you to post your diet in the appropriate forum and allow some knowledgeable members (such as 3J who for a small fee will coach you regarding your diet) to tweak it to suit you better.

Forget the Anavar for now. You don't need it.
