Aesthetics bodybuilding. Advice please

I am 28 years old, 5'10 190 pounds and 8% body fat. So i have done 2 cycles in my life once when i was 22 then again last year at 27.


I am going to get right to the point, i do not care about size i am more about Aesthetics, bottom line is no matter how lean or great of shape i am i can never even get close to whats in the photo that i attached. At 1 point i was eve 3.8% BF, yes 3.8% and even though i was ripped like hell i never had the striations or the great look cuts and seperations in the muscle that the photo shows. So my question is what do you guys think this guy takes?? again i am not huge on size just want to get that DAMN RIPPED lol.

all advice is greatly apreciated.

My last cycle was last year and it was Test Prop, Mast Prop and Anavar, the the basic PCT

i know this dude is obviously lean as hell and has a super clean diet which i have no problem doing all that like i said i reached 3.8% once so i know how to train and eat its just i dont think i can naturally look like that.

i dont want to be that huge i just want to get those striations and keep looking border line natural if you guys know what i mean

what do you guys think???


MY next proposed cycle is
Weeks 1-12 prop 150 mg EOD
Weeks 4-12 masteron 100 mg EoD or just start this at week 1 with the test Prop
Weeks 6-12 anavar or winni 50 mg Ed

i really want to add HGH, however i have read so much about HGH that its beginning to confuse me. It seems to a great thing to add given all the results and effects it has. However, one thing i cant figure out is for how long should i use HGH? some sites say 6 months minimum while others swear they have had great results from just 4 months while others say you need at least 9-12 months. so its getting confusing. As my post says i am more interested in the looks aspect more than over huge size.

Either your genetics suck balls, or you weren't 3.8%, probably the second. I see kids who don't even lift that are like 6% BF and they have striations all around. Try packing on more mass and that'll accentuate your striations a ton too. Can't see what you don't have you know? Can't think of any other reasons.
 
thanks for your reply and by the way i was 3.8% however i forgot to mention that i was boxing back then and only weighed about 150-152 pounds. Like i said i am not huge on getting big, of course the bigger the better/nicer but thats not my main goal, my main goal is to looked ripped as hell. Someone suggested using HGH that, that would help out with the look and the cutting cut. what are your thoughts on that? or anyone's thoughts on that?

Then that's really, really odd that you don't see any striations at 3.8%... Keep in mind these guys on stages are in half natty lighting, which makes them look 10x as cut as they are if that lighting isn't there. I wouldn't use HGH to get ripped. It's expensive as hell and should be saved for other objectives other than just cutting for being aesthetic, which isn't all that difficult with other compounds around. I think tren, deca, anavar, masteron, test prop and winstrol. Tren isn't something to fuck with if you just want to get "shredded as fuck" though, so I'd stick with the others. If you actually cycle properly and do stuff right you should see tons of cuts and feathering all around after even one cycle.

Do you have any pics? I would love to see a bf% that low.
 
It's possible to not see striations even below 7%. I'm not going to get in a debate if you were really at 3.8%. What you more than likely are battling now is water retention. I'm not going to post up my precontest water depletion stratigy but I will suggest that you research in this area. Google will help you. Search for "precontest bodybuilding" and start reading. There are several effective methods that revolve around diet/sodium/water intake. There are also natural over the counter solutions like dandilion root. Not to mention dietetics.

I hope that you understand that the models in the pictures in the magazines and bodybuilders all prep for contests and photo shoots. When you see these pictures please understand that it is almost impossible to stay in that state. It usally takes several days of prep and once they reach that state most can only maintain for very short periods of time.
 
Tren and GH are a good place to start. Heavy AI's/DHT drugs to get rid of water, and if you actually were 3.8%, adding a diuretic probably would have gotten you to where you wanted to be
