Any of my military buddies have any clue on the best way to send a cycle over with needs to Afghanistan?

I ran a cycle deployed and it was a waste... idk your MOS but being combat arms met very little sleep, no real chow (mres), and a hard to follow pinning schedule... and the middle east is just so unsanitary. With that said we got our needles from our medic, but all our cycles were shot because being deployed is a 24 hour job.
oh and to get our test we ordered from our source had it shipped to our wives or a buddy back state side then had them put it in a care package with normal goods (food, baby wipes, u know the drill) to get it through, but our 1sg didn't really go thru our mail... other units had everything checked for contraband.

^ just like said above about family sending stuff, i sent stuff to a homie out there a few times never got inspected. He said it was never opened

I just got back in July run a cycle there, good thing with Units that don`t check mail is you can get it no problem. NOt sure needles will clear customs hard to say. Best bet is get with your medics bro Best friends of Combat arms imo, we need them they need us for protection when they take care of our own. Get someone back in state side that get it and send it to you out there like the bros just stated above. Please be smart of what you do and don`t tell anyone you doing gear...

Sending and recieving pins and gear...havent seen any real issues with it overseas dude. I wouldnt sweat it too much. and of course you want to put it in a care package from a friend or family member. I more Immediate the family member the better. If your married, getting the wife to send it is perfect! I wouldnt worry too much about cutoms. That box flies through an xray along with thousands of other boxes and the person watching the monitor has been looks at that screen every day for eight hours, how thoroughly do ytou really think EVERY box is inspected. And whos to say the pins arent for TRT. Which isnt Illegal. Your fine bud. Dont overthink it.
