After first cycle

I am not yet on my first cycle and I heard from someone else's question that if you diet after your first cycle you will lose all gains. I am planning on EQ at 400mgs a week for 10 weeks only ( this is in stone) for bulking and then post cycle clen and nolvadex. Will I lose gains dieting afterwards? Maybe I should start off the first three weeks of EQ with cytomel.
 
You can run t3 with Eq but I would rather bulk or cut no inbetween. Besides I would add some test with that EQ.

I am no expert but that's my opinion.
 
I don't think that is a very good choice for your first cycle. EQ at 400mg a week would not give you the gains as some test and deca at low doses. Why not run 250 mg of test and 300mg of deca for ten weeks. Also that EQ is not exactly going to bulk you up. I always up my calories when I go off to maintain the weight I gained. If you are worried about gaining fat jump on the treamill and walk for 20mins postworkout.

Sorry bro this is not a flame but there are way to many thing that are wrong. Maybe you have been read some misleading info. Why would you bulk up then run clen and nolva? Clen burns fat. So does cytomel. If your diet is not correct you will lose gains. I do now know why you are set on EQ at 400mg for ten weeks, it is not going to do that much even if you were trying to cut. If you were trying to cut the EQ would only help in keeping muscle. You need to rethink the cycle. Hope I helped.
