I just saw a commercial on TV for supplements called Ageless Male. Said it was clinically proven to raise your test but it didn't say by how much. Looks pretty silly to me, but just curious if anyone is taking that stuff.

Before I started testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) I was on a test supplement called P6 & it was "clinically" proven to raise test. Prior to using the P6 I got my levels checked but never did a follow up on blood work 2 see if the supplement was actually any good. I think it was a placebo effect more than anything else, saw some minimal gains in the gym but nothing near where I am now. Also didn't notice any increase in libido & it was crazy expensive, 120 bones for a 3 month supply (I paid 1/2 that)....That was about 2yrs ago

I looked on their website and it says the primary ingredient is fenugreek -- whatever that is.

I have tried this stuff. From what I understand fenugreek seeds contain active compounds that work to stimulate the body***8217;s natural production of testosterone. But it only SUPPORTS healthy testosterone levels. I have been using Ageless Male for 6 months. My Ts are healthy, I have more energy, sleep better at nights, have more confidence and my wife is really happy. Here is some stuff on Testofen if you want to know - testofen.com/.

That's great that you feel better. Did you have blood test done to show your before and after Totla Test levels? How was it impacted?
if you like indian food, you'd recognize fenugreen's smell right away - it's used a lot in indian cooking.

I couldn't imagine it would help someone like the level of those that need testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) - who need a 100% + boost to get to 'normal' levels.
I think it’s pretty well known that these test boosters do work at least at some level. Fenugreek, ZMA, D-Aspartic Acid and/or combos thereof. About 2 years ago before going on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), I did a blood test and it showed an increase in total and free T. I did not get a copy of that blood work but suffice it to say the increase was there.
But if you’re at a total T of 250-300 (the very bottom of the range), perhaps this stuff may get you to 350-400 with perhaps a 20% increase in free T. I think that most people will find the improvement from this stuff to be small … not zero, but small. Everyone is different, some folks may get a bit of a boost from this stuff. The stuff is expensive, but at least you are not shutting your natural T production down.
For me this was like bringing sand to the beach … it just did not make a noticeable difference (even though it does boost test levels). Once I went on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), that was a whole different ball game. But now the T levels are more like 800+ in the trough … big difference.

I've never tried it but my opinion about the natural test boosters (AgelessMale in particular) is that these companies are going to put specific ingredients at a low dose to get some effect for the customer but at a dose where the customer is continually buying. The product very well indeed my raise test levels by a certain percent.... But they are targeting people who don't have or in the dark about the information we have about "REALLY" taking care and restoring testosterone levels. I could have been that average joe buying anything and everything to fix that problem... but i decided to research it and find out for myself.
