So here's my dilemma: I've been dealing with pain in my nipples (nothing extreme, ive dealt with worse, but bad enough to hurt a bit on runs and stair climbs), along with some slight gyno. I'm assuming this is due to past cycles (over a year ago now) since I never had it as a teen.
Personally, it seems to me to be correlated to periods where my alcohol consumption increases dramatically, which it did the last several weekends (I know I know, I'm ashamed).
Anyways, there is the backstory, my question is would it make sense to run, say a-dex every other day for a couple weeks? I was planning on a cycle from a month from now and am slightly unsure about starting with this still an issue.. Or would just running it during cycle clear things up for me.
I'm hesitant with doing this mainly because I would like to be entering the cycle at my peak, not inhibited by a couple weeks of an AI.
