Hello all. So I got my Aromatase inhibitor (AI) a little late, so I figured I would do a little test to help solve this " do I really need a AI" debate. I decided to just not run one till my blood test. Risky? Yes but i have never had e sides before so i said screw it and just roadmit out for a couple of weeks. The answer is absolutely! I'm 5 weeks in and just got a blood test. My esteriol is at 168!!!!! So stop asking if it is necessary. Now I can get on my Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and b thankful I'm not growing a vagina! Lol

P.s. now a question. Should I just start as normal . I have rui stane which I take at 12.5 Ed. Or because it's so high should I start a little higher like 25 Ed?

Great post, shows people that they cannot base it off feeling alone Aromatase inhibitor (AI) is required period.

oh yeah im only taking 550mg of test e and 50 mg of anavar.

Im still sticking to not everyone needs one. Some people just don't convert estrogen like others. HOWEVER these people are the exception, not the rule.

THANK GOD FOR THIS POST! Try 20mg 5-7days and then go back to 12.5 for the remainder of the cycle.

OR you could just keep the dose at 12.5mg the whole way through post cycle therapy (pct). Play with the dose and see what you prefer, there is no "magic" dose for everyone.

I would start it it a 12.5 but dont be scared to raise it up to 25mg if u feel like estro is to low stopp for a day or two then get back to 12.5.Ais a re tricky takes a few cycles and lots of blood work to nail it
