Alcohol?

Alright, I KNOW alcohol is not conducive to training but I am curious........I just recently got back from a cruise where i consumed an enormous amount of alcohol. I drank rum and diet every day and often. Im not on any gear so no worries in that respect but if your going to drink what is the better choice? light beer? hard alcohol? clear?

I was thinking bud select 55 would be a good choice at 55 calories, 1.9 g carbs each until i started thinking 15x55 = 825 15x1.9 = 28.5
 
If you're gonna drink, might as well drink what you like!

It's kind of like you asking, if you're gonna die, which way would you prefer. End result is still the same.

On that note, I'd like to die drinking!

All alcohol is processed by the liver the same way.

Also, are you asking, if you're going to drink on a CYCLE what would you drink? Personally, I stay as healthy as possible, especially while on a cycle.

Nope, I don't cycle at all just curious because I did a lot of drinking recently and have a few trips scheduled over the holidays so I know I will be drinking and wanted to make better choices (I know none are "good" choices.) but some are certainly worse than others ie: pina coladas, mud slides etc. :)
