well, pretty sure hes going to be or has been tested, so he might not be clean, but at least he knows enough to pass a piss test.

He was tested post-fight, and it was a blood test. He came back clean. Somehow. He's a beast. I'm on my phone so it makes it hard to post pictures, google his name and you'll see a picture called the 'timeline of Overeem'. He's put on a solid 50lbs of lean muscle in a few years.
