My third week will be on monday. I just ran out of my mass gainer and cant get one for 1-2 days. I really dont want to lose any weight. I have gained 7 pounds in 2 weeks. Cant wait to weigh myself on moday to see how much more i have gained. I just really dont want to lose any weight from not taking a mass gainer. Will i lose weight in 1-2 days from not drinking any protein? i have also been eating like a horse here lately.
 
Eat real food.
I assume you're taking more than 250 a week of e.
It takes 3-4 weeks for e to really start working, and if you're at 500 or less, you may not "feel" anything, but if your training is good, you'll start seeing results by week 8.
EAT MORE REAL FOOD. I am okay with a shake post-workout (immediately, while you're making real food), and possibly okay with another before bed (long proteins like MusclePharm Bulletproof), but you shouldn't be taking shakes to gain mass. That's ludicrous.
 
I'll also be on my third week of test e 600mg a week on Tuesday. Started at 183 and am at 190. I think most of that is from glycogen super compensation. I wouldn't even waste your money on that weight gainer powder. Get your protein from real food sources like eggs, chicken, turkey, fish and beef. Eggs are pretty cheap and you can find chicken from 1.29-1.99$ a pound on sale.
 
Weight gainer shakes are probably the dumbest most useless thing out there that you could waste your money on
 
dozen eggs, whole avocado, 3/4lb of bacon. start the day right.

Also, making that in the morning would take ~30-45 minutes. I stick to a half cup of almonds, a protein shake, and a piece of toast as I'm halfway out the door around 7am.

Weight Gainers are prolly the biggest rip-offs out there, honestly its just better to make your own weight gainer shake using real food.

-1.5 cups dry oats (blended into a flour texture)
-8 liquid egg whites (they come pasturized and are tasteless)
-2 Tbsp cocoa powder (for flavor)
Total: ~625 cal, 45g Protein, 70g carbs, 10g fat

Optional:
+2 Tbsp natural peanut butter and 1 banana
Total: ~930cal, 51g Protein, 94g carbs, 26g fat

ADD WATER TO DESIRED TEXTURE AND BLEND.
 
I take 250mgs twice a week bro and Yes I always eat REAL food. I dont depend on Protein shakes. Protein shakes just help me with the extra protein. I eat like a horse. I just dont want to lose any weight. I take my protein shake when i wake up and before i go to bed.
