Almost end of the cycle, highly disappointed

However, I am more concerned about creatinine level, 3.02.. my kidney may have gone kaput .. reading around suggest I should reduce protein intake, stop workout for a while and then check after a week level again. If similar result, then its CKD4 stage .. Feeling shit ..


But those Indian breads are quite heavy, there is occasionally red meat, some daily items , on average, I can see it about 3000 cal a day..

You may be eating 3000 cals, but they're not a good, varied 3000 cals. Also, how much water are you drinking a day? If your kidneys are struggling you're clearly not drinking enough fluids. Not to mention high E2 can contribute and accelerate renal disease/issues.


You need to:
1. get more variety into your diet - at least 4 different protein sources a day and stop drinking so many protein shakes - limit to 1 or 2 at most a day.
2. lower your E2 - get on an AI ASAP
3. drink A LOT more water

I honestly think you rushed into this cycle as your ancillaries and nutrition knowledge is severely lacking.
 
Alright, I guess nutrition part was bad but I now I am almost feeling dead kinda.

Had plan to continue cycle with suggestions from here, however, looks like should end it now, work on Kidney, see if it gets better in 1 week. Basically I feel as if I am in panic stage.. :...

Are you taking creatine? I know that creatine can give the false impression of kidney problems by raising creatinine levels. Not sure if that's levels in the blood, or just in a urine test.
 
Nope, no creatinine, and thats serum creatinine test ie. from blood.

I was reading this (sharing here as its a very good reference for high creatinine levels in bodybuilder.. )

Things to be concerned now.. show I will lower my protein intake for time being.. should I continue exercise or take one week off, have rest for one week with plenty of water, low protein and test again ?
 
One more thing which is bothering me is that
Test taken before cycle was :
1.1
During cycle (around a month back)
0.9

And now suddenly its
3.02

And I dont' see any renal problem sign, pee is fine, no pain on back (which is supposed to be kindney pain), not other symptoms.. Heck.. I in panic .. :(
 
Friends, there is sign of relief, I stopped everything (taking clue from one of the link I shared earlier), after around 5 days rest , I tested my creatinine, its 1.05 mg/dl , I was not convinced, though feeling relieved, I cross checked with another lab in evening, I got 1.0 from that lab, so I guess my creatinine level are fine.

So, I checked following stuff:

BUN : 9.3
creatinine : 1
Urea : 24
Urine routine: No traces of protein or any other infection

Essentially, I can see that it could be due to rigorous exercise + fasting + dehydration + high protein .. ie. essentially I gave my samples at wrong time..

All in normal range, however, I concerned about my BUN : creatinine ratio , its too low, ie.
9.3:1
So it means I now have low protein diet (as from last 5-6 days I have stopped all protein / eggs / meat etc. )


I accept I made mistake, feeling stupid, because of fat, I had impression I may be eating a lot so I was trying to limit diet which actually came out to be very limited.

Yay...
I will go back to Gym tomorrow .. missing it already...
