hey guys, Looking for some more advice here. (edited)

Cycle: (haven't started yet) waiting on bloods and AI

week 1-14 Test Cyp 500 mg week
week 1-14 Arimidex .25 mg ED or as needed
week 1-16 hcg 250 iu E3.5 days
week 16-19 clomid/nolva 50/20 mg ed

On the clomid and nolva I was looking at 50/20 ED, will this be enough or can I not really know yet until after sides and bloodes?. if so, should I start with a higher amount and tapper down, ive seen a lot of people recommending that for Example,

day 1-5 clomid 150mg nolva 50mg ed
day 6-21 50-100 clomid and 20 nolva

You want to run ai up to pct. Run hcg at 250 iu's twice per per week from beginning of cycle up to pct also. Pct is clomid 50/50/50/50, nolva 40/40/20/20...

Armidex .25 ed may be overkill. Perhaps start at eod and adjust from there. At 250/wk I didn't need any ai and at 750/wk .25 eod is my sweet spot. Everybody is different, but I'd start out with .25 eod.

I don't know much about pct as I'm a TRT lifer.

Am running the hcg, thought that one went without saying, sorry. so you would recommend a 4 week pct?

I agree with ^^^ the above. ,25 ED is a bit high dose for just test @ 500mgs wk. We are all different and so is the dosing. But me at 500mg teat and Deca I tweaked my Adex to .20 ED. I would not up my (me) Adex to . 25 ED . I'm afraid to crash.

I'm seeing that a lot of places, I think ill run it at .25 eod for starters. I don't want no Bitch TITS! I'm not as experienced with cycling so I was worried I wouldn't notice symptoms before they caused issues..

Why wouldn't you run Ralox or Nolva all cycle then as "insurance" against gyno?

Tamoxifen REDUCES IGF-1 and in my understanding the suppression could be related to significant GF reduction. Nolva should only be during on cycle if you need it

, so I understood. AI would be superior with not as many negatives
