Alternative clen cycle... 1 day on 1 day off ??

Usually you see pyramid cycles clen based on 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, but some personal trainer at my gym say that using clen 1 day on 1 day off for 30 days at 40mcg (or 2 day on 2 day off at 60mcg) .... + Taurine(3gr), potassium chloride (600mg alternate days) and ALCAR(2gr), without the use of ketotifen... is better and more profitable than a clen pyramidal cycle.... what do you think?

some people run it that way but dont expect miracles from clen no matter how you run it , clen is overrated.
 
just diet and cardio....throw that clen in the garbage bro
 
My goal is to move from 12% bf to 8 / 9% bf by summer ... Some personal trainers I had recommended this "cycle light" clen and after 1 month off to use the 25/75 mg Proviron days for 6 / 8 weeks ... Of course with proper diet and cardio .. According to you there are other effective aids for my goal?

apparently new personnal trainers would be a good start lol. 95% of personnal trainers dont know SHIT. they are people who are to lazy to get a real job who fool people with money to burn into thinking they know what they talk about.

to start with there are very very few people walking around at a TRUE 8% bodyfat , even if you somehow managed to get that low using proviron , clen , etc. it would be hard to maintain that bodyfat without losing lean mass.

Is it a good program of definition?

i dont know what all that bullshit is that you just said but throw that shit away too and just do diet and cardio. why do you think you have to take shit?
 
A few years ago I get 10% bf only with diet and cardio really extreme .. I weighed 167.55lbs for 5.94 ft. .. Now weighing 198.42 lbs on 12% bf and my goal and get off at 7/8% bf .. And I think it is very difficult to reach these goals without little helpers do you define mass gained without losing all ...
