My name is Bob, I am 52 yrs old. I started working out a year and a half ago. I have gained some mass but not a lot. I have worked hard on getting my food intake up and getting enough rest. I hit the gym two days on one off. I work as hard as I can for an hour to an hour and a half (depends how busy it is) My health is good, heart, back, etc...my total test level is 630. I have been giving some serious thought to steroids. Am I to old for this? I am not trying to get huge but would like to gain a bit more mass.....Before I started going to the gym I weighed a fat 247lbs I got down to 188 and now I am at 195lbs 6' 1". I was thinking something like Test for a first cycle?
