I am starting my work-out routine 3 times per week. Looking to start with a 5x5 work-out. I have and will be using protien and creatine powder. I was wondering if anyone has used Amino Fuel 1000 by Twinlab. I just bought the small 60 tablet bottle and am looking for advice of when to take it and how much? also should I take it on off-days and with or with-out the protien and creatine? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
