how would you describe the jolt? and how long does it last?

i've seen people using them, but i don't think they could help me simply b/c when i smell something like ammonia or something strong and chemical-like, i get very lightheaded

like a adrenalin rush but it last very briefly . use just prior to the maxx attempt.
