Ampule Openers

Are ampule openers an "over the counter" item available at my local pharmacy or do I have do the online route?

huh...just grab a cotton swab and snap the top off...never had one break, quick and easy. no need to spend extra money.

You have obviously never tried to open an ICN amp that way.
