Instead of doing extreme diets that actually leave alot out and may not be healthy. Does anyone have a good diet when you want to eat clean and healthy but high calories when "ON" cycle ?

I basically eat some cereal for breakfast. Ham sandwich at 10am. Chicken breast grilled and a veggie and potatoe at 11:30. Sandwich at 3:00 and grilled chicken and potatoe for dinner. Im trying to put a protein shake in the am and pm. But am only doing pm right now....
So now when I type this out I notice it aint much and it sucks...any helpful advice...Thanks

I do not feel like typing out a diet plan (I can if you REALLY need one :)), but here are some clean foods that you should incorperate into you diet and I'm sure you can set up your own with the foods provided.....

Protein:
chicken (boneless/skinless breast)
tuna
whiting fish
salmon
shrimp
eggs (whites)
lean turkey
lean ground beef (90-96%)
ribeye steaks
top sirloin
beef tenderloin
cottage cheese
protein powders (milk protein isolate, micellar casein, egg, caseinate, whey)

Carbs:
lentils
black beans
kidney beans
pinto beans
barley
sweet potatoes (yams)
green leafy vegetables
brown rice
bran cereals
oatmeal
pasta
strawberrys
apples
pears
bananas

Fats:
flax seed oil
fish oil
olive oil
almonds/walnuts
natural peanut butter
egg yolks

To get nutrition values for each aforementioned food, go here or here.

Since your planning on throwing in some protein shakes, I would add some grinded-up oatmeal to them and some flax......this will give you some extra cals since your on a bulking diet.

Hope this helped...
