Hi there, first I want to say this is a great web forum and I'm glad I found you ladies (and gents!)
For two years I trained hard (naturally) in the gym. I've always had somewhat of an athletic figure and tend to gain muscle easily, but also lean out easily - that is, when I was younger.
I weighed in between 114-118 and had average bodyfat, I believe. I'm 5'4. Under the guidance of my trainer I bulked up to approximately 145 llbs, but with a high bodyfat. I was instructed to skip cardio for those two years. I also didn't eat as clean as I should have, and I believe the stubborn fat I have now is because of it.
After a falling out with my trainer, I was completely turned off from the gym. However, I eventually found my way back and turned mostly to cardio with lighter weights. I dropped to 132 lbs. I was determined to lose most of my muscle.
With that said, after seeing some of that hard work popping out here and there, I'm not so sure I want to lose any of it. I really am curious what's under this bodyfat. I worked so hard to get it, I feel it would almost be a shame to not do something with it.
I'm curvy and muscular at the same time. My fear with Anavar is that I would lose my curves and femininity, in addition to other possible side effects. Ideally, my former trainer wanted me to drop to 115 comp weight (it would have been my first time competing). Now, whether that is an ideal competition weight is another story. But that was his opinion.
Ideally, I would maintain feminine proportions but get cut. At what point would you introduce Anavar to your regimen? Would you recommend trying to drop ten more pounds naturally and use Anavar when you are closer to your goal weight? I'm not sure if this is important but proportions are now 38-27 1/4 and 37 3/4.
I have stubborn pockets of fat around my bra line and triceps. I am wondering if the Anavar would knock it out of this area. But I also worry that any fat loss to the face would be permanent.
Thanks so much. I tried to research this before asking so I wouldn't end up asking redundant questions. Some of my idols are Dina Al Sabah, Jelena Abbou, and Jamie Eason. I am not sure whether or not they're natural, but I think they look great and are very pretty!
