Anavar and birth control effects?

I just finished a 6 week cycle of var and my periods still came but where late and lighter than normal(sorry if too much info) 
But as for birth control I would not count on using it as the only protection against pregnancy. I have been told that some women lose their periods all together and then how would she be able to tell if its the var or prego? I wouldn't want to take that risk thats for sure!! And I am having a few "doubts" on the legitimacy of the var out there so she would have to rethink about what she is putting into her body...she may think its var but it maybe something else, so she should take even more precautions unless she is 100% positive it is var..like lab tested or from a Doctor. Just my opinion but pregnancy is not something to play with when u are on steroids.
