Hello folks! I'm a 24 year old woman and I've heard about ana Anavar (var) and have been considerinerig using it but wanted to ask for some personal experience and opinions. I've been training for a while, lifting 5 days a week and cardio 4 days a week.
My diet is usually the same everyday. Start the day off with plain oatmeal (no sugar or milk.. Just water and oats), protein shakes (about two a day), grilled chicken and mixed greens, and then at night it's tilapia and more mixed greens. I wish I knew how to cook so I can include more Anavar (var) iations in my diet. Sometimes I don't have time to grill or prep like yesterday. It was just oatmeal and 3 protein shakes lol.
I want to lose the extra stubborn bit of body fat i have left, which isnt much. My goal is mainly to start cutting. Lose fat and gain muscle tone. I'm currently running clen for about a week but someone suggested I run Ana Anavar (var) instead. Apparently it's safer and a lot more effective?

GW: 118
Height: 5'3
BF: 20.4%
GOAL BF: 16%
What would the difference between Anavar (var) and Clen? What effective cycles for women are effective? How much should I take?
