My girlfriend was just wondering when and how she will know the Anavar she started taking will begin to work.
She's taking 10mg a day ED
She's never done steroids before either.

hmm that's a toughie... generally a week or two; depends on how clean her diet is and how hard she's training. what're her stats?

Her diet is spot on, she's getting diet and training from a national figure champ.
I think she's 5' 8" - 155lbs and uh... I have no idea what her body fat would be.
She's skinny put has a decent amount of muscle on her. I'll guess 17 or 18%. Although that's just because I think women typically have higher bf's.

Does the Avavar increase your overall mass in muscle, or will it be more likely to lean you down? I am using it during a cutting phase, and I am the girlfriend from the previous posts!!! Thanks.....
Also, are there any other sides I should be noticing??

ok, if your diet is clean and you're cutting you should see some great fat loss with lean muscle retention. if you want to gain a lot, eat a lot. it's pretty simple. supergirl made a GREAT sticky on anavar and what it does and doesn't do:

However the brand I have is called "Empire" and is not on the list, has anyone heard of it, is it a reputable brand??

Also, how long after the cycle will my body take to be "normal" again, or regulatred?? Is there anyway to know?
