Andropene/Tren A/Winstrol

Hey guys! Its almost time for my next cycle and wanted to get some input and ask some questions.

Stats:
23 y/o
5'9
200 lbs, probably about 7-9% BF (leanest/lightest I've ever been)

My First cycle I went from about 210lbs to a pretty big 230lbs and ate about 4500 cals/day w/ at least 350g protein/carbs a day. This gain was about weeks 3-10 but I was getting too big and decided to cut a little the last two weeks. After post cycle therapy (pct) I was down to about 215lbs and a lot leaner than pre cycle, however I decided that I'd like to cut as much fat as possible before my next cycle and here I am now at 200lbs lean.

My main goal is to put some quality size on with minimal fat (unlike last time when I went for straight size) and then lean more towards the end of the cycle (gotta cruise in January :laugh4:)


Past Cycle:
1) Sustanon (sust) 375mg/E3D weeks 1-12 with Nolva post cycle therapy (pct)

Proposed Cycle:

I'm not sure on the doses but Im thinking something like this:

Andropene: 550mg/week; Weeks (1-12)
Tren A: 100mg/EoD; weeks (3-10)
Winstrol: 50mg/day weeks (10-12)
Adex on hand

Was thinking andropene 225mg every other tren shot, is that reasonable or should I split it up EOD with the tren??

post cycle therapy (pct):

Nolva 40/40/20
?Clomid? (unsure of doses)
HCG (Unsure of dosage and frequency)

Questions:

Can ya'll advise me on what kind of post cycle therapy (pct) I should use for a cycle like this...this is my first time on tren. Also how/when should i use my hcg??

Are the doses on andropene/tren reasonable? Ive seen some cycles' test:tren ratio differ either in favor of more tren than test or more test than tren, but since andropene is a blend, I'm a bit confused.


Also, with Sustanon (sust) I didnt start post cycle therapy (pct) for 2-3 weeks after last shot, WHEN should I start post cycle therapy (pct) after a cycle like this????

Will be taking multivitamin, 1-1.5 gallons h2o a day, Milk Thistle and 2g fish oil everyday throughout the cycle.

Going to shoot for 3k-3.5k cals a day with at least 300g protein/day, gotta play with my carbs (i like to carb cycle) and find that sweet spot for clean gains.

PLEASE ADVISE me on anything else I should consider or change (Diet/dosages/frequency/etc). All recommendations welcome and past experiences with similar cycles would be great! Thanks a lot guys!!
