This client came to me to do a whole body transformation for a contest he wanted to enter. He was looking to do a complete recomp (adding muscle while losing fat). He was very dedicated to my carb cycle and reverse pyramid program. The results speak for themselves!! He has gone above and beyond what i expect out of my clients, 16 weeks as a robot doing exactly as directed without question or complaint!!! A true beast!!!

Nice work, not easy getting results like that.

Way to go 3j another amazing orchastrated transformation well done. I know the client deserves most of the credit for all the hard work and dedication but without the you doing what you do he wouldn"t have had this type of success
 
as usual.. its the client who puts the hard work in.. i just show him the path...

3J's diet program is a success everytime. I'm not surprised at all. When I see a thread title Another 3J Transformation, I'm expecting these kind of results. WTF the results above are bordering the limits of how much change a human body can see in 4 months. I am always impressed by 3j's results but this is some next level shit right here. Whoever the dude in the pictures is gets mad props for being able to pull that kind of transformation off.

Of course he was! But ya thats a hell of a transformation the only thing i dont like is he shaved that patch of hair on his chest other than that he looks fucken great

3J is a fucking beast but that kind of transformation without gear is not possible lol. Even with gear 3J and this dude worked some serious fucking magic.
 
i follow a strict privacy policy with my clients.. this client has given me permission to use his picture..

as for such details involving aas.. i am not at liberty to discuss such things about any of my clients... i protect their privacy just as i would protect yours if you were my client..

thats a staple policy of my company
