so I know breakfast is important to get ur carbs and protein in. Oatmeal and eggs are the most common thing and i am wondering why?
Is it because it is easy to digest or something?
why not wake up in the morning and have some fish and brown rice??
so basically im just wondering if it matters what type of food you eat for breakfast (Eggs + oats compared to fish/chicken and rice)
