Another bulking/cutting cardio question...

When bulking, more resistance, less time; and cutting, lower resistance, more time?

I am assuming this is what to do but I want to know for sure without any doubts.

I use the elliptical and the bike for my cardio, I'm currently bulking...
 
Just do 15mins no more than 20 mins of Cardio before your workout when you are bulking. A little cardio to get the blood pumping before lifting weights is a good idea. But when Bulking stay away from serious cardio.

I always do about 10-15mins of high resistance cardio after my workouts. Is that bad to do? I just don't want to get to tired to get a full explosive workout.
