I'm believe I've got my diet sorted out based on what I'm needing to do. I'm 31 yrs old, 6'0 210lbs 15% BF. I've been cutting the last few weeks and have lost 15 pounds but had my calories and carbs too low. I'm still wanting to slowly lean out for another 8-10 weeks before I go on a bulking cycle. Please let me know if you have any suggestions or revisions. Thanks in advance for your help!
Meal 1
4 egg whites and 2 whole eggs
2/3 cup of oats and 1 tbsp of flaxseed oil
Meal 2
2 scoop protein shake w/ 2 tbsp of ANPB
Meal 3
8oz. chicken breast or can of tuna
1cup brown rice or piece of wheat bread
or
salad with chicken breast
1 tbsp of flaxseed oil
Meal 4
Post w/o shake with 50g of dextrose
Meal 5
8oz. chicken breast or can of tuna
med.sized yam or sweet potato
green veggies
Meal 6
1/2 cup of cottage cheese
3 tbsp of ANPB
Also will be taking one multivitamin morning and evening
